Hi, my name is Rachel. I have been baking cakes since childhood and have been decorating cakes for over 5 years. I hold a level 2 chefs qualification & 'A' levels and GNVQs in Art and design. I am a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild and have completed basic & advanced sugarcraft courses.
